Hunan Shengtong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2021 and is a certified National High-Tech Enterprise (GR202343000889) — a source manufacturer specialising in functional coatings and EMI electromagnetic shielding materials. We formulate our own water-based coating systems and run the coating lines ourselves on 10,000 m² of plant with five coating lines, which means the parameters on your drawing — resistance, thickness, adhesion, abrasion, release force — are controlled at the chemistry level, not negotiated with a third party.
Buyers typically come to us for one of two reasons: an existing material is failing a performance test, or a multi-supplier bill of materials is costing too much to manage. We solve both by developing the coating to your target and by supplying the full EMI material set from one factory.

Surface resistance down to 50 mΩ/sq and thickness made to order. Beyond conductivity we tune alcohol resistance, abrasion resistance, low release force, high-temperature resistance and anti-fingerprint behaviour. Send the drawing or the test standard — we develop to it.
We formulate our own pure water-based coatings, so adhesion on flexible substrates is engineered rather than sourced. The coating resists flaking and delamination through bending, die-cutting and lamination. Materials are backed by independent CTI test reports covering RoHS, REACH SVHC, halogen content and California Proposition 65.
